Reservations: A reservation is required to guarantee the price. A reservation only guarantees the price and not the availability of any unit. Online pricing discounts will be honored for any rental originating from an online reservation. The temperature and humidity levels within any storage space including climate-controlled spaces may vary based on location. We recommend that everyone inspect any unit before renting.

Promotions and Offers: Free truck rental and any other move in special or promotion will vary by location and is subject to change. Promotions good for new customers only. Not available for transfers or additional spaces. Discounts and promotions are offered only on selected units and subject to availability. Other restrictions, taxes and fees, including an administrative fee, apply. For additional payment terms and conditions please speak to a manager and review contract for details.

Refund: There are NO REFUNDS and NO PRO-RATING of rent paid and/or rent due. This is a month-to-month Lease having a minimum term of one (1) month, commencing on the “LEASE DATE” stated on your lease.
